Improving customer relationships with technical training

Through technical innovations in the areas of hydraulics, electrics and electronics, Terex Demag cranes are becoming safer, more powerful and easier to operate.

Although these advances make our cranes more complex technically, Terex Demag offers training courses for its customer's service staff to close this gap in technical knowledge. A schedule of training courses for our customers has been added for the first time to our internet site. The schedule can be seen under: Service & parts > Training schedule.

Our customers can see the available courses and dates for the first half of 2008 and can inquire about availability directly. The schedule shows the up-to-date availability for each course.

A close relationship to our customers is the center of interest for us. Through our technical training, we are fulfilling the needs of our customer to receive more praxis oriented training in general crane technology and troubleshooting and also for maintenance and general servicing for the operator.

The courses are given through theoretical and practical exercises either on a crane or on a detailed simulator.

The feedback we receive from our customers during the training is invaluable to the improvement of our service organisation and our products.
