Parts return

We would like to kindly ask you to use our  "Parts return form" for all your future parts return.

When returning parts, please note the following:

1. Parts cannot be returned until the Parts Department has been informed and issued authorization.
2. Freight charges for returns are borne by the sender.
3.

Returns from abroad should be grouped to save costs.

4. For each return a Parts Return Form (see download button above) must be completed and a copy of the original delivery note attached.
5.

For returns from initial stockings and stock orders we charge a 10% re-stocking fee.

6. The return must be effected within 28 days of receipt of authorization.
7. The final decision on whether returned parts can be accepted cannot be taken until the returns have been visually inspected.

The following parts cannot be returned:

- Parts which have not been manufactured by or purchased from Terex Demag.
- Electrical components not in their original and unopened packaging.
-

Parts which have been subsequently superseded and which do not meet current technical standards.

- Used, rusty or damaged parts and parts which have been removed from cranes and cannot normally be purchased from the Parts Department.

Parts with a limited storage life such as seals, hoses, rubber parts etc.

Parts and residual quantities of copper tubing, brake linings, hoses, cables and wire ropes and all  customized hoses and pipes.

Items manufactured or obtained by special request and parts ordered for machines with certain serial numbers.

- Parts which cannot be identified.
- Parts with a value of less than €20.
