Terex Demag also affords the opportunity to obtain a variety of reconditioned and inspected components - supported by the same warranty as for equivalent factory-new parts.

Please use our 
Parts return form when returning parts for exchange.
When returning parts for exchange, please note the following:
| 1. | Parts cannot be returned for exchange until the Parts Department has been informed and issued authorization. Please contact your parts adviser for this authorization. |
| 2. | Freight charges for returns are borne by the sender. |
| 3. | A Parts Return Form (see download button above) must be completed for each return. |
| 4. | After the part has been received and inspected, the Parts Department will issue a credit note. |
| 5. | Used parts must be in suitable condition for refurbishment and included in our exchange program. |
| 6. | Housings of returned components must be free of cracks and splits. |
| 7. | For the return of used parts Terex Demag issues as a minimum a credit note to the value of 10% of the net invoice value of the sales proceeds |
| 8. | Parts to be returned under the above-mentioned exchange program must have a minimum value of €1,000. This reflects the high costs of processing, inspection, repair or refurbishment and the possibility that refurbishment may prove uneconomic. |
